Shipping/Delivery Information
Orders are shipped via FedEx ground. Most orders are shipped within 5-10 business days. We do not backorder our products. All orders ship complete.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Order Cancellation
Each frame order is custom crafted. A frame order may only be canceled if assembly of the framed piece has not been completed. If you wish to cancel an order please call 541-782-4686 and place your request with a customer service representative. All orders are custom made therefore we are unable to accept returns.
Offline Orders
To order offline, please call 541-782-4686.
Claims
All damaged claims must be reported to Elite Frames within 3 business days. Please call 541-782-4686 to report any claims. Please keep damaged merchandise in its original packaging and exterior box so the carrier (FedEx) can inspect the damages. Damaged merchandise will be replaced at no cost to the customer as soon as possible.
